I chanced upon Jane on theweddingscoop WAY before I even got proposed and I knew I just have to get her for my wedding photographer.
I have to convince my budget-conscious husband that she was worth every penny and we compared the portfolio of different photographers within the budget range and he agreed that we have to get Jane simply because her photos are always capturing people’s emotions and not your typical cookie cutter photos.
From the time we correspond via email, she was patient in answering our questions and even initiated a skype session so that we can understand each other better. I felt that it was important to have the rapport with the photographer.
On the actual day of wedding, both my husband and I were so so so grateful for Jane. She doesn’t feel like a photographer but feel more like a friend who helped me to get water and with the gown etc.
So at the end of the day, is her service value for money? Yes, it is value for money. But more than money, if you would really want your own wedding photographer who is not over-commercialised and keep taking some kind of photos, someone who is real and raw, then yup you have found the right person right here. And what I really liked about her – she never stops learning and pushing her boundary.
