Prewedding in Penang | Darren + KJ

I haven’t been writing for the longest time.  Kept scrolling on Spotify and finally found this. I can only write during late night, with a suitable music playing on my headphone. Here comes.

 Lots of deep thoughts going on recently ever since I attended the Possible workshop. Of course it was amazing but it really affects me and kinda messes up my head. But, I’m still feeling glad that it did affects me, because I wouldn’t be the one I am right now. The couple, Darren and KJ and I met almost 2 years ago where we did a couple session here. It brings me joy when Darren contacted me again to do another couple session this year, for real, as a wedding couple. Darren is an outgoing person, and very outspoken. While KJ, his bride, is the shy but calm ones. In this session, I wanted to make them to feel, to be happy as a couple. To enjoy each other’s existence, telling each other how they feel, saying things they meant and treasuring the right now moment, and perhaps I can try to make one of them cry. It’s like a test for me, and for them too. A wonderful experience every couple should go through, and perhaps something we’ll remember forever. Feeling excited and perhaps a little bit impossible, and again, this time, Darren whispered something to her that I couldn’t possibly hear what he said. She then acknowledged with a tiny hint of smile in her heart, exactly like the session we did 2 years ago. It didn’t happen until Darren stands in front of her and mentioned things about the cars they want to buy after they are married..And there it is, she began shedding tears and laughing at the same time. That rushing moment, was it joy? It seems unreal but it was indeed real. She was happy, and so is he.
